This insulating liner is a silicone hose used to protect distribution lines and buses in substations with a dielectric strength up to 20 kV phase to earth, it is a flame-retardant material with improved UV resistance.
It is manufactured with a longitudinal cut that overlaps to allow an easy application and without the need to break the electrical connections. It does not require a tool for its installation.
It is resistant to flame, arc, UV rays and ozone so it does not crack over time. It is manufactured in tubular, angular and plates.
